12 week programs
All sessions are 1 HOUR sessions. Each session includes 1 on 1 personal attention and hands on guidance. The sessions include 50 solid minutes of Strength Training, focusing on each individuals goals and a 10 minute self guided cool down. It is recommended clients arrive a min of 15 minutes prior to their sessions to warm up on their own (i.e. brisk walk on treadmill or exercise bike to loosens up)
1 session to try out the program is $65. Call to discuss packages and discounts I offer.
Basic $45/session
2 times per week (Tuesday & Thursday)
Intermediate $40/session
3 times per week (either M, W, F – or - Tues, Thurs, Sat)
Super Advanced $30/session
5 times per week (typically M thru Friday based on days of availablility)
Advanced $35/session
~ 4 times per week (custom scheduled)

Joining a gym, fitness class, or sports team can provide social opportunities and a sense of community. By working with me, I start at your comfortability and teach you how to push through the workout. By the end of your fitness program, you’ll have gained a friend and met other likeminded people at the gym.

Seeing physical improvements and achieving fitness goals can greatly enhance your self-esteem and confidence. This will help reach your goals.
